Chelsea Architects, in association with Charles A. Berg AIA, is working to renovate the public spaces at 2 Riverway in Houston for Coventry Management Ltd.  This multi-story, class A office building, originally built for IBM in the late 1970's, is currently undergoing a dramatic transformation, as upper level elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms are upgrade with new finishes and lighting, and restrooms are made fully accessible.  The ground floor lobby is also getting a facelift, with a dramatic new suspended ceiling, wall finishes of stone and wood, and new stone flooring.  Three years ago, Chelsea undertook a similar project for Coventry at 4900 Woodway, just across the street from 2 Riverway.
