New Project:
Chelsea Architects, in association with Charles A. Berg AIA, is working with Coventry Management Ltd. to renovate the public spaces at 2 Riverway in Houston. See photos.
Kitchen Design Award:
A kitchen Chelsea designed was selected as a regional winner in the bi-annual Sub-Zero Wolf National Kitchen Design Contest. It's the "Mondrian Kitchen" on the website. Chelsea was one of 55 regional winners selected by the judges from over 1,000 entries. The kitchen will be featured in the bi-annual publication "America's Best Kitchens" to be published later this year.
This is the second Sub-Zero Wolf kitchen design award that Chelsea has won. The kitchen in the "disco era house" also received a regional award from Sub-Zero Wolf in 2002.

For the 2005 program, Leonard G. Lane, Jr., AIA, along with the other regional award winners, will travel to Palm Beach, Florida in March for the national awards program where three of the projects will be selected as national award winners.
