Chelsea Place Design Inc. (DBA Chelsea Architects and Chelsea Design Investigations) opened in 1979.  We are a small, general practice design firm, located in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston.  Our practice serves a variety of clients, including commercial, institutional, and residential projects.  We have a wide range of architectural and engineering experiences and skills, which has enabled us to broaden our practice: we also offer due-diligence inspection services, remedial design services, and “expert witness” services in support of clients involved in legal disputes.
